How can I pay for my order?

The only available method is Pay Pal.

I haven’t received my order yet, when should it arrive?

Orders should arrive between 7 to 10 business days.

I have been charged twice, what do I do?

Promotional Codes

I have a promotion code to use on the KODAK MOMENTS App. How can I use this?

After adding images to your shopping cart and choosing what would like to order, proceed to checkout. The next page you enter your billing and shipping information and at the bottom of this page, there is an area where you can enter the coupon code. Enter the code in this box and click Continue. The coupon value will be subtracted from the subtotal and the revised total will appear on the resulting page.

Can I use multiple promotions on the same order?

You can only use one promotion code per order. If the codes apply to different print sizes or products, you can split your order into multiple orders and use the separate codes on the separate orders.

 

Print Finishes

Are there gloss and matte options?

There are only gloss options at this stage.

Can I add borders after the order has been placed?

Once the order has been placed, there is no way to edit your order at this stage.

Can I increase the size of my photobook/prints after the order has been made?
